okay finally done with my blog! and happy birthday to szeee min ^^schedule:5x30m3x100m2x250m3x20 human lift3x15 butt kick3x20 push upstraining was quite okay except for the last set of 100m i had but ache and felt as thou i'm running on the spot. i think i kick my back legs too back in the butt and was not moving at all. i felt slow and my timing was horrible for the last set =Xas for the 250m i had huge latic acid formed inside my left thigh and calfs. as usual my timing was bad for the second run but the first one i felt it was quite okay until sze ran and got her timing then i realised i'm so far back.. then my whole 'moral'? gone way down.. overall i think i need to work more on my strides and of cause the arms as well.. this blog took me 3++hours to only half completed so i'm going off to sleep now.. it's going to be 12 soon..
