schedule 6x80m power run(alternate 3 with weights 3 without)8x80m one leg hop-run(alternate leg after each time)practically training wasn't very very tiring until want to die those kind. but i was quite breathless after every run. my arms cannot swing far back and biy as usual but when running without weights i tried to push my arms as far as i can and after that run, both my shoulders felt as though they are going to be dislocated soon. =Xas for the ong leg hop run, my and JY took so long trying to get it right but i find it quite hard and wasnt sure whether i'm doing the correct thing a not. just trying my best but not the best of my best =X
